Grooming Appointment Drop-Off
It is IMPORTANT to make sure your dog has had time to go potty before entering the building. Going potty while being groomed is not pretty for anyone! If you cannot make your scheduled appointment on time, please call ahead. When one person is late, it makes everyone late. If your lateness runs too close to another scheduled appointment, we will have to reschedule you for another day and time.
Cancelling Appointments
If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please give us a courtesy call as soon as possible.
Safety
For safety reasons it is NOT allowed for you to watch your dog being groomed. When they see you they get excited and can act out. This makes it difficult and raises the chance for an injury on the groomer and your dog. If you are early please wait outside. IF your dog shows aggression or becomes aggressive before or during being groomed, we have the right to refuse to start or finish for the safety of your dog and the groomer.
Picking Up Your Groomed Dog
Picking up your groomed dog must be on time if your dog is not attending daycare. If you cannot make your scheduled pick up time within 30 minutes of being done groomed, your dog will be entered into a daycare kennel and there will be a fee of $14.00. In order for your dog to play in daycare, they must have been pre-approved for the temperament test and had paid the $20.00 fee for the test.
If something out of your control happens and you cannot make your scheduled pick up time, please call us.
